Is there a script or function that will automatically display the current room description?

It's for the 'Log off' feature of my ePad. Ideally I'd like the following sequence:

Player is using the ePad, and when finished hits the 'Log off' link. This clears the screen and prints the message "Logging off. Please wait." After a couple of seconds, I would then like to print the current room description to remind the player where he is and what his options/exits are.

I have everything working as I want, except for auto-printing the current room description after logging off.

Apologies. Found it by delving into the library again and looking to see what the 'look' command did.
